At Curls Amore, every appointment is carefully reserved to give you the time and attention your hair deserves. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking.

DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received

RESCHEDULING

We understand that life happens!

  • Appointments may be rescheduled one time using the original deposit if done 3–4 days in advance

  • Rescheduling more than once will require a new deposit

CANCELLATIONS

To respect both your time and ours, we have the following cancellation policy:

  • 48+ hours before your appointment: 50% of the service total will be charged

  • Less than 24 hours or same-day cancellations: 100% of the service total will be charged

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled

  • Late arrivals will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and charged accordingly

NO-SHOWS

Missing your appointment without notice impacts our ability to serve other clients.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total

  • An additional $30 administrative fee will be applied

  • Future bookings may be restricted

CARD ON FILE

By booking an appointment, you agree to have a valid card on file.

  • This card may be charged in accordance with the cancellation, late, and no-show policies listed above

CURLY CUT PREP

To ensure the best results for your curly cut, please arrive with your hair:

  • Clean with no product

  • Fully dry

  • Worn down in its natural state (no buns, braids, or stretched styles)

If these guidelines are not followed:

  • Your appointment may need to be rescheduled

  • This will be subject to the cancellation policy

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS / REFUNDS

All services are final. However, your experience matters.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right
